1. The service
MegaView Curaçao provides professional outdoor screen and projection rental for private events on the island of Curaçao. By submitting a booking or quote request, you agree to these terms.
2. What we provide
MegaView supplies, transports, installs, and collects all equipment as described in the relevant package. This includes the screen, projector, cables, and adapters. PA sound is included in the Backyard Movie Night and Match Day packages, and optional on corporate events.
3. What you provide
You are responsible for:
- A suitable space at the agreed venue
- A power source within reach of the setup area
- Your own broadcast signal, streaming subscription, or playback device (for Match Day and Backyard Movie Night)
- Ensuring your streaming subscription is active and covers the content you intend to show
MegaView is not responsible for signal loss, subscription issues, or internet connectivity at your location.
4. Bookings and payment
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival, before setup begins. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Corporate events are invoiced per agreed quote terms.
5. Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable on cancellation. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible. We do not offer refunds on the deposit under any circumstance. If we need to cancel due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued.
6. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed. Your deposit transfers in full to the new date, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
7. Weather
For outdoor events, rain is a risk. If weather makes an outdoor setup unsafe or unusable, we will first attempt to set up indoors at your venue. If no indoor option is available, we will reschedule to a different date or match. Your deposit transfers to the new date. No refunds are issued for weather-related rescheduling.
8. Equipment and liability
All equipment remains the property of MegaView Curaçao at all times. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by guests or negligence during your event. MegaView is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of the rental service beyond direct equipment failure on our end.
9. Conduct
The service is for private, lawful events only. MegaView reserves the right to remove equipment and terminate service without refund if the event involves illegal activity or poses a risk to personnel or equipment.
