Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable. The deposit holds your date and covers our scheduling and preparation costs. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposit amounts:
- Backyard Movie Night: XCG 212.50
- Match Day: XCG 275
- Corporate: per agreed quote
Balance payment
The remaining 75% is due on arrival, in cash or by prior arrangement, before setup begins. We do not start setup until the balance is settled.
Advance notice
- Backyard Movie Night and Match Day: minimum 48 hours in advance
- Corporate events: minimum 5 business days in advance
Last-minute requests outside these windows cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Cancellations
The deposit is non-refundable in all cancellation cases. Only book when you are sure of your date. This applies to all packages including the Blue Wave matches.
If MegaView cancels for any reason on our end, you receive a full refund of your deposit.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your booking. Your deposit transfers in full to the new date, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible. Same-day rescheduling requests cannot be guaranteed.
Weather
Rain does not automatically result in a cancellation or refund. The process is:
- We first check whether your venue has a suitable indoor space. If yes, we set up inside instead.
- If there is no viable indoor option, we reschedule to a different date or match of your choice.
- Your deposit transfers in full to the rescheduled date. No refunds are issued for weather-related changes.
Signal and streaming
MegaView provides the screen, projection, and sound. The broadcast signal is your responsibility. Make sure your streaming subscription or cable service is active and covers the content before we arrive. We are not responsible for stream failures, internet outages, or subscription issues.
