What we collect
When you submit a booking or quote request, we collect the following:
- Name and company name (for corporate requests)
- Email address
- WhatsApp number
- Event date, time, and location
- Guest count and any notes you provide
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled by third-party providers.
How we use your data
We use your information solely to:
- Process your booking or quote request
- Send booking confirmation and follow-up communications
- Contact you about your event
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Booking data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Both services process data under their own privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.
How long we keep it
We retain booking records for up to 2 years for administrative and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing
contact@megaviewcuracao.com.
